Non-Refundable Advance Payment Policy

At AJAY TAX CONSULTANT, we are committed to providing high-quality and PROFESSIONAL TAX SERVICES TO ALL OUR CLIENTS & COURSES TO STUDENTS  To ensure the smooth execution of tasks and maintain our dedication to excellence, we have implemented a strict Non-Refundable Advance Payment Policy for all services provided.

  1. Advance Payment Requirement:
  • Clients must make an advance payment of 100% to confirm their booking or the commencement of any service provided by our Organisation.
  • This advance ensures that the necessary resources, time, and efforts are allocated to your specific task, as requested by the clients.
  1. Non-Refundable Clause:
  • The advance payment is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the client’s reason for cancellation, postponement, or change of service requirements.
  • Refunds will not be entertained when the client decides not to proceed with the task after payment or when the Services process is delayed.
  1. Service Commitment:
  • Once the advance payment of 100% is made, we are fully committed to delivering the agreed service to complete in the stipulated time.
  • Our team invests time, expertise, and resources according to the client’s requirements, making the payment unrecoverable for us.
  1. Scope of Work:
  • Clients are advised to clearly understand and agree to the scope of work before making the advance payment for Services.
  • Any modifications or additional requests after the payment may incur additional charges, subject to mutual agreement with the client.
  1. Exceptions:
  • In the rare case of non-performance or inability to deliver the service due to reasons attributable to Ajay Tax Consultant a resolution will be offered at our discretion. This may include partial compensation or alternative solutions, but refunds will not be granted.

Clients confirm their acceptance of this Non-Refundable Advance Payment Policy by proceeding with the advance payment.
